NEW EASTERN MEDITERRANEAN. 6. The recent arrival of two more enemy cargo ships at ISTANBUL and the accumulation of cargo in that port for both GERMANY and ITALY suggests a resumption of regular sea traffic between TRIESTE and ISTANBUL. The three vessels now at ISTANBUL, the "Capo Pino", the "Mareno" and the "Abbazzia" will sail for TRIESTE in the near future, probably in company. BLOCKADE. 7. The Elsa Essberger recently arrived in FERROL with a cargo of 6,900 tons believed to be rubber. 8. It now seems clear that the Spanish Authorities have given permission to the Germans to tranship the cargo of the Elsa Essberger at FERROL.
