To discuss intelligence requirements in those cases where F.I.N.S. is in a position and is prepared to take constructive steps towards their execution, e.g. where F.I.N.S. is prepared to press for transport facilities over and above the facilities that may have already been agreed to on a higher level by the Service Departments. C. To draw to the attention of the Joint Planners those deficiencies of intelligence that exist in regard to areas that may be of future operational concern THE SUB-COMMITTEE agreed with the points put forward by Commander Arnold-Forster.
