Report on Work. Done. By the Axis Planning Section

1 Mar 1941

6. Special points. In our discussions on major problems we have found that important but controversial factors come to light which appear to warrant special expert examination. It is for this reason that we asked, in A.P.S.(41)7., for a special examination to be made of the Japanese oil position. We consider that the discovery of such points is one of the ways in which we can be of use, and we anticipate making other similar requests in the future. 7. Conclusion. This war is being fought on many fronts military, political, economic and psychological.
