There are, however, no positive military indications that such an Italian offensive against Yugoslavia has been prepared. Nor are there any definite pointers to Italian offensive action elsewhere. 5. The maintenance of Italian armed forces in a high state of preparedness for immediate action, however, gives grounds for considerable suspicion as to her attitude in the early future.
