1. We should give publicity to the real state of affairs in Russia, the system of government, the oppression of the workers, the inequality between the governing classes and the masses, the low standard of living, the tyranny of the police state, etc. In the satellite countries, where the friends of Russia are in power, conditions are similar. Material will be supplied, but every opportunity should be taken of using reliable books, special articles or other published material as soon as they appear.
