We agree with your suggestions concerning future of P.I.C.M.E. 2. Service personnel required must be found from within man-power ceilings in Middle East. 3. Future of Foreign Office representation in Middle East is still under consideration here. When this has been settled, Middle East Office should be asked to provide one or two political representatives.
