ANNEX EASTERN AND SOUTH EAST EUROPE Military Dispositions Germany 1. With the conclusion of the recent programme of troop movements, from Austria and Hungary through Czechoslovakia, the Russian garrison of Germany has, since May, been increased by two Tank Armies, one Rifle Corps and one Artillery Division, amounting to a total of about 115,000 men. Of these, one Tank Army from Austria is now located in the Luckenwalde area (S.W. of Berlin), the other from Hungary is believed to be located North of Berlin, and the Rifle Corps, from Austria is thought to be in the area South East of Berlin.
