BIOLOGICAL WARFARE INTELLIGENCE PANEL (B.W.I.P.) TERMS OF REFERENCE 1. The Biological Warfare Intelligence Panel (B.W.I.P.) of the Joint Scientific Intelligence Committee (J.S.I.C.) is charged with co-ordinating and evaluating all available intelligence on foreign Biological Warfare methods, equipment and development. It will keep this subject under continuous review on a world-wide basis and will report results as they arise to the J.S.I.C., for the information of the Joint Intelligence Sub-Committee and of the Interservice sub-Committee on Biological Warfare.
