Future Service Organisation in Overseas Theatres

3. We recommend, therefore, that the Chiefs of Staff:(a) Approve the proposals submitted by S.A.C.S.E.A. which are applicable to his command, and that he be informed accordingly. (b) Invite Service Ministries to investigate the possibility of making officers available on short term appointments, for employment in security organisations in overseas theatres, in consultation with the Director-General, Security Service.
