JOINT TECHNICAL INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE TERMS OF REFERENCE The Joint Technical Intelligence Committee (J.T.I.C.) is to consist of the Heads of the three Services Technical Intelligence Sections. It shall have power to co-opt any additional Service or non-Service technician as necessary, compatible with maintaining adequate security. 2. The J.T.I.C. is to have the collective responsibility of advising the J.I.C. on all technical developments, by foreign powers, of importance to national defence or of significance to our own design and production.
