JOINT SCIENTIFIC INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE TERMS OF REFERENCE The Joint Scientific Intelligence Committee (J.S.I.C.) is to consist of the Heads of the three Services Scientific Intelligence Sections together with "C's" Scientific Adviser. It shall have power to co-opt any additional Service or non-Service scientist as necessary, compatible with maintaining adequate security. 2. The J.S.I.C. is to have the collective responsibility of advising the J.I.C. on all scientific developments, by foreign powers, of importance to national defence or of significance to our own research and development.
