Reports from China and other sources confirm that Chinese 8th Route Army:(a) Has been in Mukden since 10th Sept. and had taken over patrol duties from Russians by 19th Sept. (b) Has conscripted a considerable part of its strength in Manchuria. (c) Has been armed by Russians with weapons taken from Japanese. (d) Controls the Mukden Tientsin railway at least as far south as Shanhaikwan.
