ANNEX II PROPOSED ESTABLISHMENT JOINT INTELLIGENCE BUREAU MIDDLE EAST 1. This Joint Intelligence Bureau is on the same lines as the proposed Joint Intelligence Bureau in London+. It would have intelligence responsibilities for the countries within the boundaries of the present Middle East Commend including Turkey but excluding Greece and the Balkans.
