(b) Joint Intelligence Liaison Section: responsible for ensuring intelligence liaison with the Service Ministries in LONDON, JIC, LONDON, Control Commission for GERMAN (British Element), British Army of the Rhine, AFHQ, US Russian and French elements of the Allied Commission for AUSTRIA, the Navy and the Air Force in AUSTRIA, the Civil Divisions of the Allied Commission for AUSTRIA (British Element) and other outside organisations and agencies as required. (c) Joint Intelligence Collecting Section: responsible for the collection and individual distribution of all forms of miscellaneous intelligence secured in the normal course of their activities by the various intelligence organisations and agencies which are not of specific interest to the specialist intelligence sections of the three Services but which may be of value to other organisations such as the Civil Divisions of the Allied Commission.
