The United States Members, Combined Intelligence Staff, have invited attention to the proposal contained paragraph 3 of C.I.S. 28/1. 2. The United States organisation proposed following the dissolution of C.I.O.S. will be a Joint Intelligence Objectives Agency (J.I.O.A.), basic directive of which is attached hereto*.
