In order to enable the Future Planning Section to begin the preparation of their draft report, would the Joint Intelligence Staff please give them their views regarding the nature of the trouble which is likely to arise in Palestine and the Middle East as a result of adopting any of the five alternative courses of action mentioned in C.O.S. (45) 395 (0). 2. The Future Planning Section would be glad to have the Joint Intelligence Staff's appreciation by the evening of Tuesday, 19th June.
