(f) ensure that all available intelligence is obtained, collated and made available to all interested parties and organise procedure whereby effort and personnel may be economised and whereby redundant and overlapping enquiries and reports may be eliminated or minimised; (g) devise and co-ordinate with the other national elements of the Allied Commission, at the general direction of the Joint Intelligence Committee, such quadripartite intelligence machinery as may be necessary. Composition. 4. Provisionally the Joint Intelligence Staff will be composed as shown below.
