(c) Two divisions, strength about 30,000, opposing our forces advancing along the Moulmein Bangkok Railway. (d) One-two divisions, strength about 25,000, holding the Kra Isthmus about Singora. (e) In the Bangkok-Bampong area, one independent brigade and army troops, strength about 15,000. Siamese troops, strength about 150,000, would be located throughout the country with one division about 15,000 in the Bangkok area. The Siamese will not, however, offer any effective opposition and may be more sympathetic to us than to the Japanese.
