4. In accordance with this recommendation a specific list of nine technical objectives of outstanding importance for immediate investigation, selected from the objectives already sent, was telegraphed to the Missions on 16th April, 1945, with a request for permission to send fifteen to twenty investigators to visit them. 5. The Missions refer to this request to send investigators in their telegram mentioned in paragraph 1 above, and report that approval is still being awaited for visits to Bulgaria, Gdynia/Danzig, Blechhammer and certain other objectives.
