Ability of Enemy to Continue to Use V-Weapons. (J.I.C. (SHAEF)(45) 18 (Final)) Note by Sec.

1 Mar 1945

ANNEX Production 1. Parts for V-weapons have hitherto been manufactured in widely dispersed areas. Quite apart from the fact that many of these areas have been overrun by the Allies thus dislocating production programmes, the difficulties of transport and of organising a new production routine and assembly centre are extremely formidable. While we cannot rule out the possibility that some production of V-1 and V-2 might be achieved in the Protectorate and South Germany it will almost certainly be a negligible quantity.
