SECRET 45/230 SECRETARY, J.I.C. Plans for Liberation of Holland J.P.(45) 74(S) (T. of R.) and SCAF 250 The Strategical Planning Section would be glad if you could let them have an appreciation of the German intentions in Holland, with particular reference to the following questions :(a) Is the supply of V.2 rockets likely to be cut off shortly, and if so will the Germans wish to remain in Holland ? (b) Will the Germans carry out more flooding ? (c) If we enter Holland, what areas there are the Germans likely to hold to the last and in what strength ? (Itd.) M.F.B.
