ANNEX DRAFT TELEGRAM From:A.M.S.S.O. To:S.A.C.S.E.A. Repeated to J.S.M. Washington. March, 1945. For Mountbatten from Chiefs of Staff. Reference: SEACOS. 313 We have investigated the possibilities of providing you with as many facilities as possible for all three Services for W/T cover and deception in your theatre, and the following is an outline of the present position. A. Navy. (i) Intend to despatch in about 8 weeks' time two fully equipped Mobile Wireless deception units initial destinations Bombay and Ceylon, former available for Burma if required.
