ANNEX 45/131 SECRETARY, J.I.C. Revised Plans for Norway J.P.(45) 43(S) (T. of R.) The Strategical Planning Section are re-examining plans for the occupation of Norway in the light of the recent appreciation+ by the Joint Intelligence SubCommittee on the German situation after the capture of Berlin and the loss of the Ruhr. 2. The Strategical Planning Section would be grateful for an appreciation of the likely strength of the German forces in Norway, their location, ability and will to resist, after the collapse in the north of Germany has occurred, and the general situation described in J.I.C.
