ANNEX Proposed Form of Report Part I The present German situation, including shortages, under the headings: Army; Air Force; Navy; Oil Situation; Manpower Situation; Economic Situation, other than oil; Home Front, etc. Part II The probable German basic strategy and sources from which she might augment her resources in order to fulfil this basic strategy. The headings should include the results of withdrawals from Italy, Yugoslavia, Latvia and Norway (likelihood to be covered in each case). Parts I and II should also include an appreciation of what German strategy may be, ignoring Allied strategy.
