(d) To arrange for the preparation of pertinent intelligence requests and adequate plans for the accomplishment of each given intelligence objective, and for the provision of expert personnel for technical investigation on the spot. (e) To submit such requests and plans to the C.I.O.S. and to make such arrangements with the C.I.O.S. as may be necessary in connection with the procurement of the Intelligence desired. PROCEDURE 6. The Technical Industrial Intelligence Committee shall:(a) Establish its own internal procedure.
