204 Military Mission 7. The 204 Military Mission is an officer organisation under the Military Attache, Chungking, in his capacity as G.O.C. Military Mission. It is controlled by SACSEA for policy and operations, and administered by 11 Army Group. The Mission's function has been to train special Chinese troops in the arts of demolition and sabotage and in the use of infantry weapons, at the Mission's training school at Pucheng, in East China. At present about 30 personnel are engaged in these activities, or on the Mission's lines of communication in the forward area.
