ANNEX I MILITARY SECURITY POLICY AFTER DEFEAT OF GERMANY 1. General. Security should be maintained in so far as it is necessary to safeguard:(a) Future operations against Japan. (b) The forces occupying Germany and the military administration; operations against resistance; the liquidation of hostile secret and political organisations. (c) Security of tactics, methods and equipment. 2. Order of Battle. It is important that the Allied Order of Battle, including the composition of naval forces and shipping, should not be compromised to the extent of:(i) Revealing the forces to be employed against Japan.
