ANNEX SUPREME HEADQUARTERS ALLIED EXPEDITIONARY FORCE Office of Assistant Chief of Staff, G-2 MAIN HEADQUARTERS 24 August 1994 SUBJECT: Conditions in GERMANY Following Collapse. TO : Secretary, Joint Intelligence Committee. 1. Various divisions of Supreme Headquarters, AEF, after questioning, have stated that the points set out below should be included in the TALISMAN Intelligence Appreciation. They are forwarded to the Joint Intelligence committee in the hope that they may be of assistance to the Committee in its preparation of the Appreciation of conditions in GERMANY following collapse.
