13. During this process, though perhaps not until the Allies have crossed the frontier of the Reich, it will become clear to the German people that the German army has been finally defeated. This realisation, coupled with the confusion described above, will further weaken Himmler's organization which will probably disintegrate and quickly lose control of the country as a whole. 14. With the defeat of the German Armies, and the breakdown of Party control within the Reich, the Nazi regime will have collapsed.
