NORTH CAPE and the Gulf of BOTHNIA routes employing the total troop carrying fleet. 5. PORT CAPACITY (a) NORWAY & DENMARK KIRKENES in the NORTH for embarkation (assuming that the recent bombing by the Russians has not unduly impaired its port facilities) and TRONDHEIM for disembarkation are sufficient to handle the traffic during the specified period. OSLO could cope with the outward movement whilst AARHUS and FREDERIKSHAVEN are sufficient for disembarkation. (b) BALTIC The ports of TALLINN, LIBAU and RIGA for embarkation and DANZIG, GDYNIA, and, if necessary, STETTIN for disembarkation are capable of handling the evacuated traffic during the period of one month.
