BIOLOGICAL WARFARE 8. In J.I.C. (44) 311 (0) (Final) we reported inter alia, as follows:"We have no reliable evidence about the enemy's preparedness for biological warfare or of his intentions to use it. Indeed we have no evidence that he has made any preparations for biological warfare ....... On the other hand, we believe that for ten years before the war the Germans were researching in various aspects of biological warfare and we are advised that nobody researching in this field could fail to see the possibilities, or fail to explore and develop the applicability for war purposes, of "X" and "N" .......
