4. A combined working body, subordinate to the Committee, is also required for detailed work in the preparation of target dossiers and notification of disposal of material etc. obtained. It is proposed that the Intelligence Section (Operations), strengthened for the purpose by American representation, should carry out this function. 5. The proposed Combined Intelligence Priorities Committee would be an ad hoc Committee under the auspices, on the British side, of the British J.I.C., for co-ordination of the requirements of British Government departments.
