Attention is drawn to the Note below_ relating to other categories of information which are not the responsibility of the Committee. 5. The "Black List" will be a combined Anglo-American list. 6. In order to ensure as far as possible co-ordination with the U.S.S.R. authorities for German territory, arrangements will be put in hand whereby lists prepared by the Intelligence Priorities Committee are exchanged with equivalent Russian lists through the European Advisory Commission. 7. The necessary working staff will be provided by I.S.(0) suitably strengthened by technical and U.S.A.
