Reference COSMED 71. European communication system, including the Balkans, is regarded as one and attacks on communications in South East Europe as complementary to those now being carried out against railway centres in Western Europe. Therefore bombing of communications in Roumania and Hungary continue to be first priority for targets in South East Europe.
