Events during the past week tend to emphasize the importance to the Germans of communications through Roumania and Hungary. 2. Priorities for bombing effort in the Balkans are therefore:(a) Communication centres in Roumania such as Bucharest and Ploesti railway centre. (b) Communication centres in Hungary such as Budapest, Szolnok and Szeged.
