Expansion of German Parachute Forces. Report by J.I.C.

ANNEX Organisation and Establishment 1. The three new divisions are all to be based on cadres taken from the two existing Parachute Divisions, one of which is in Italy and the other in Russia. The divisional establishment will, according to recent information, probably include:Two or three Jaeger regiments One artillery regiment One engineer battalion One anti-tank battalion One light A.A. battalion One G.A.F. signals battalion Divisional services A significant feature of the new establishment is the proposed addition of assault gun and reconnaissance units, and Possibly armoured fighting vehicles.
