They will also allow facilities for the trafic subsequently sent in approved Cyphers to be scrutinised by the appropriate British or U.S. Authority. (d) The Allied Authorities will bring to the notice of the British or U.S. Authorities any evidence which may come to their knowledge, suggesting the compromise of any Cypher used by any of the United Nations.
