dangerous one. We have reason to believe that the Germans have recently largely strongthened and increased the numbers of their counter-espionage personnel in that country. It is estimated, for example, that the strength of the Sicherheitsdienst in Denmark is now some 3,000. There is evidence also that this organisation and also the Abwehr have been bringing agents from other parts of Europe into Denmark. It is clear therefore that the Germans are focussing an increasing degree of attention on Denmark.
