There has been no appreciable reinforcement of the Russian theatre at the expense of the Mediterranean. GERMAN CAPABILITIES AND INTENTIONS 4. Central Italy. The terrain between the present line and the approximate line Pisa-Rimini is well suited for the conduct of delaying actions, and the present German intention appears to be to delay in successive positions as long as possible.
