Is there anything to account for the intensive propaganda at present being conducted by Japanese broadcasting. Claims of sinking of Allied warships in South West Pacific are staggering and have been repeated for over 3 weeks. Admiral Royle informs me that there is no foundation whatever for these spurious claims as there must be some underlying motive behind all this propaganda.
