ANNEX Land Forces 1. Views expressed in Paras. 5 and 7 of J.I.C.(43) 450 as to availability of German land forces for operations against Turkey still hold good. 2. One Turkish argument for increased assistance is alleged existence of German central reserve available for offensive operations (See M.A./4340 from M.A. Angora to C.-in-C.
