ANNEX From: NEW DELHI. Received 15.11.43. Most Immediate IJC 519 For J.I.C. from D.M.I. in 5 parts (A E) repeated C.O.I.S.E.F. Part A 1. Following is precis of note dealing with Japanese intentions in Indian Ocean submitted to S.A.C. S.E.A. and C. in C. INDIA today. S.A.C. requests that C.O.S. be informed at Tuesday's meeting. D.I.B. asks copy to be passed I.P.I. G.S.I.(d) requests copy to L.C.S. 2. Reliable Sikh agent with previous Japanese contacts in Far East sent into Burma four months ago to contact SUBHAS CHANDRA BOSE or other I.N.A.
