JIC The present JIC (I) will be expanded to become Joint Intelligence Committee SEAC and India Command (JIC (SEAC & I)). It will be composed as under Chairman DMI, GHQ India. Members COIS EF DDMI 'I' GHQ (I) (for 11 Army Group) CIO Air HQ Senior American 'I' Staff Officer, SEAC. 2. ISSB The Interservices Security Board (ISSB SEAC and I) with a permanent secretariat, will be responsible for policy and arrangements for the security of operational plans.
