(d) Would Russia be prepared to undertake operations by sea or air or by land through Turkey, against (i) Bulgaria or (ii) German forces in Bulgaria with Bulgaria not resisting the Russians? (e) Would Turkey agree if Russia proposed to operate into Bulgaria from Turkish territory? (f) What would be the attitude of the Bulgarians to the entry of Russian forces into their country?
