where possible additional information obtained from local resources and return to I.S.T.D. Oxford. The converse will apply to raw material obtained locally by I.S.T.D. India and to any short term reports produced by the latter, the first drafts of which will be sent to I.S.T.D. Oxford for information as soon as ready. The object is to maintain a constant exchange of information between the two centres. 7. Copies of interrogation reports from escapees containing topographical information will be distributed by G.S.I.
