Assuming that we have established ourselves in France and/or the Low Countries, and that a large number of civilians have been liberated:(a) Can the risk of invasion be discounted? (b) Can the danger of losses from submarines be written down by any specific percentage? (c) Can the danger of heavy air raids be written down by any specific percentage? 2.
