(f) Effect on German manpower available for the armed forces. The above list is not exhaustive and other headings may occur to the Committee. 3. At present these reports are required quarterly (the first one to be issued by the 14th July), with interim monthly reports if any material change has been noted. At a later stage these reports might be required monthly.
