Appordinate Naval forces, Army Groups and Air Force Commands in the theatre (b) During the planning stage, all intelligence relating to their sphere of responsibilities must therefore continue to be passed direct by Service Ministries and agencies in the U.K. and by H.Q., E.T.O.U.S.A. to the British and U.S. Naval, Army and Air Force Commands affected. In the field, all information affecting operations will have to be sent simultaneously by LONDON and WASHINGTON, both to the Intelligence Branch with the Supreme Allied Commander, and to the subordinate Naval Forces, Army Groups and Air Force Commands in the theatre.
