The serviceability of the above forces, both German and Italian, is likely to be in the neighbourhood of 50 to 60 per cent. The above figures contain new feature in that G.A.F. I.E. figures have been reduced to the probable strength figures and I.A.F. strength figures have been reduced to what is thought to be their sustained fighting value in terms of G.A.F. The disposition of the forces in the Mediterranean area has been shown under two headings, Central Mediterranean and Eastern Mediterranean.
