2. Can you estimate for us the strength and possible scale of reinforcement, of the Japanese land and air forces in SUMATRA and MALAYA, that would oppose an operation against that area in February-March, 1945, assuming that:(a) BURMA was recaptured in the period November 1943 April 1944.
